Terms and Conditions

Effective date: May 01, 2018


Rates are generated based on the demand for a given time period and are subject to change without any notice. All price policies are per person, contain no hidden fees and include all local taxes.



We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, without any extra fee for processing the payment. Full payment is required in order to confirm the reservation. Refunds are granted only for selected price policies and only for given time frames depending on the price policy.



You will receive a unique reference number for each excursion booking. Make sure to have this reference number available at the time of the pickup.



Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are not happy with your seat please to talk to our staff on board but bear in mind that your request is subject to many operational factors.


Pick ups

Make sure you are the designated pick up point on time. Designated pick up point appears in the confirmation email along with directions from your hotel. We accept no liability if a passenger fails to arrive on time at the designated pick up point.  


Drop offs

You will be dropped off at the exact same location where you were picked up. If you wish to change your drop off location please talk to our staff on board.



We reserve the right to change the itinerary of the excursion subject to weather conditions, congestion at a given location or heavy traffic in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers.



Smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles that we use.


Food and drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted in any of the vehicles that we use unless otherwise stated.


Offensive acts

We have no liability to carry you if we deem your conduct offensive to any of our staff or other passengers.


Lost and found

We will do our best to retrieve any lost property from our vehicles but we cannot be held responsible for property that is left there.


Third party suppliers

We have no liability over services provided by third party suppliers (e.g shipping companies). For these services terms and conditions of the third party supplier apply.


Force majeure

If we are prevented from delivering our services in a timely manner due to reasons beyond our control such as public disaster, strike, civil unrest, technical malfunctions or bad weather conditions we will be excused from completing our duties until the unforeseeable condition is settled.
